What is the turnaround time for orders?
Our treatment needs to be made by a compounding pharmacist once you have placed your order. This normally takes 1-2 business days. Once completed, we dispatch orders every day and will send your order by express post. When placing your order, our ordering platform will provide you with updates on the stage that your order is up to.
How do I track my shipping status?
Once your completed order leaves the compounding pharmacy, you will be emailed with a confirmation email that contains the shipping link. All parcels are sent by Express Postage with updates being sent to you at each stage of your order.
